A dynamic tech company in Toronto is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to optimize data pipelines and enhance customer data personalization using Adobe RTCDP. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in data engineering, strong knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The position offers a 5-month contract with potential for extension.
The team is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with hands-on expertise in Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and schema development in RTCDP. While the work will be primarily within Adobe Experience Platform, we welcome candidates with schema and data integration experience from other enterprise MarTech stacks such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Eloqua, Marketo, or Pega CDH.
This role will focus on building, integrating, and optimizing data pipelines and schemas that power customer data activation and personalization across digital channels and API-driven integrations.
Location: 3-4 days onsite (which set days are TBD). Subject to change: 3–4 days onsite may be required based on business needs.
Contract Duration: 5 months. Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE. Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week.
Build, integrate, and optimize data pipelines and schemas that power customer data activation and personalization across digital channels and API-driven integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in technical field (computer engineering computer science). Adobe certifications are an asset.
Candidate who has all the must have skills is best - important to have strong AEP API, MarTech and Adobe products experience; good communication skills is needed as is a senior role to be able to articulate issues and work with other senior members.
