The program focuses on empowering interns and recent graduates to shape their own career paths from the start. The approach emphasizes meaningful work, supported by a platform and dedicated resources to help you thrive and make an impact in your role.
Before joining Marsh, you’ll choose between two career paths – Account Associate or Client Relationship Associate. During the interview process, you’ll explore career paths and rank business groups to help determine your preferred role and placement. Our team will guide you through the application and interview process with micro-learning sessions to help you understand each role and begin shaping your career. If offered a role, you’ll be matched with a placement that aligns with your interests, skills, and availability. Placements are not guaranteed and depend on business needs.
The Team At Marsh, teams help clients manage and reduce risks across real-world scenarios. You’ll collaborate with clients to assess risks, build relationships with insurance companies, and secure competitive quotes using negotiation skills, contributing to reducing clients’ overall risk costs.
Your Role
You’ll be aligned to a specific business group and work hands-on on an account team to make an impact. As a Client Relationship Associate, you’ll work in client management. As an Account Associate, you’ll work in risk practices.
Once your application is received, we will review your application and resume. You may be invited to complete a recorded online interview if you meet qualifications. If selected as a finalist, you may be invited to a virtual Open House called Reverse Business Interviews, to learn more about career pathways and potential placements. Following reverse interviews, you will attend a virtual interview day, and placement will be matched based on preferences and role availability.
The applicable base salary for this role is between $68,000 and $70,000, based on location.
