Role Overview

As a Marketing Specialist at CiraSync, you will play a critical role in creating high-quality content and tracking its performance. This position is heavy on writing and data analysis— you’ll manage website content, blog posts, newsletters, and support email campaigns while monitoring performance metrics to optimize results. If you love writing and have a strong analytical mindset, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Ensure all content aligns with CiraSync’s brand voice and messaging.
  • Website Management
  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
  • Track website performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on blog performance, newsletter engagement, and website analytics.
  • Track SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Compile monthly reports on all content performance metrics.
  • Campaign Support
  • Assist with email campaign setup, QA, and scheduling in marketing automation tools.
  • SEO & Optimization
  • Optimize blog posts and landing pages for SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate on strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Project Coordination
  • Manage timelines for content projects and ensure deliverables are met.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
