Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with CPG experience preferred.
  • Understanding of commercialization process within CPG and Nestlé resources.
  • Self-motivated and results-focused, curious with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor brand and competitive performance against key KPIs.
  • Lead execution of Innovation and Renovation projects.
  • Prepare and present monthly brand performance reviews.
  • Manage Product Fixed Marketing Expense (PFME) and track spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver launches.
