What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Screen and prioritize reports and information for the marketing company president
- Direct all company administrative activities, including personnel administration, payroll, and benefits
- Assist with hiring needs, such as setting up working interviews for U-Haul center general managers
- Perform profit/loss and end-of-month reports, handle accounts receivable/payable, and fund petty cash
- Coordinate projects to improve facilities and oversee vendor relations throughout the marketing company

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven communication, administration, and time-management skills
