Marketing Data Analyst, Corporate Communications and Marketing
How does the role impact the organization?
We are seeking a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our corporate communications and marketing team as a Marketing Data Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing marketing performance, developing actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the corporate communications and marketing organization. You will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and digital teams to drive data-informed decisions that improve our advisor network, and drive growth. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Intelligence and Effectiveness.

Job Requirements
What do we expect from you?
To qualify for this opportunity you possess:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field. Master's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics preferably in the wealth management industry, with a significant focus on website analytics and dashboarding.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
