Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our client's Canada Marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist brand managers in the development and execution of various brand strategies and activations. This role is crucial within the team, supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities across different stages. We seek a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, an impeccable work ethic, and a passion for marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our diverse portfolio of well-established OTC brands includes products distributed in drugstores, mass merchants, grocery, and e-commerce channels across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Trends & Research: Compile and analyze market, competitor, and consumer data to identify trends and insights.
  • Review Brand Performance: Prepare graphs and charts from sales and shipment data to support Brand Managers' analysis of performance and market insights.
  • Agency Briefing: Create detailed briefs for agency partners to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Marketing Presentations: Develop compelling marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders, incorporating data and creating charts as needed.
  • Media Campaigns: Support the execution of 360 media campaigns and activations.
  • Packaging & Marketing Collateral: Coordinate creating and developing new packaging artwork and promotional materials, such as displays and coupons, working directly with agency partners.
  • Medical & Regulatory Reviews Management: Assist with project submissions for internal compliance reviews and liaise with key stakeholders for revisions and approvals.
  • Digital & E-commerce: Assist the team with brand website updates and content creation for e-commerce platforms.
  • Project Support: Provide assistance to brand managers on various marketing and research projects, ensuring timely and effective completion, and perform other related duties to support the marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, CPG, or related industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with marketing programs and tools.
  • Experience with generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
