Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support and lead our marketing initiatives in the office full time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate leadership in managing team tasks to ensure campaigns and projects are executed seamlessly. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on marketing execution with the coordination and guidance of a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
  • Content Development: Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts, engaging with followers and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and external vendors to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Team Management: Oversee, delegate, and support tasks within the marketing team. Provide clear direction, ensure deadlines are met, and foster collaboration to achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role with some leadership or coordination responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, PhotoShop and familiar with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team effectively.
