Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment.
  • Experience working in Distribution and/or Retail.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls, emails and Service Now tickets for customer service.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of current marketing programs and Distribution Centre issues.
