About the Role

Were looking for a Marketing and Client Success Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing many hats. You\'ll play a key role in both attracting new clients and supporting existing ones through engaging content, thoughtful communication, and operational support.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, grow quickly, and have a real impact. No prior experience is required; we will provide training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content & SEO: Write and update website content to improve search visibility and attract new clients; Help create blog posts, landing pages, and client resources
  • Client Success: Check in with existing clients to gather feedback and improve their experience; Encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews or provide testimonials
  • Sales Support: Take inbound calls from leads and help them understand our services; Assist in converting inquiries into paying clients
  • Tools & Tech: Learn and use software tools like CRM, CMS, and analytics dashboards; Help improve internal workflows and marketing performance tracking
