Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Account Manager you will lead the development and execution of advertising campaigns that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Campaign Planning & Strategy
  • Collaborate with the Branding and Marketing teams to develop and manage advertising plans for select divisions within the organization.
  • Partner with the Media Planner to identify the most effective tactical applications to reach target audiences.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison within the Marketing team coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Write briefs and communications plans to guide the creative and digital teams ensuring messaging consistency and clarity.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure projects are completed on time within scope and on budget.
Execution & Reporting
  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns ensuring quality control at each stage.
  • Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders to present campaign strategies and outcomes.
  • Review and analyze advertising performance providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records and initiate project paperwork as required.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience
  • A degree or diploma in Business Marketing or Communications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing communications or sales field.
  • Experience working with creative teams including graphic designers, copywriters and multimedia specialists.
  • Significant experience in managing client relationships and leading marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with construction or forestry equipment is required.
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of creative processes in both traditional and digital media.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results within financial constraints.
  • Experience with project management tools and campaign tracking systems is an asset.
