A commercial real estate firm in Vancouver is seeking a Market Intelligence Coordinator to support the Market Intelligence team. This entry-level position offers training to become a licensed real estate professional. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The salary is between $45,000 to $50,000, with additional compensation available through bonuses. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for an individual with aspirations of becoming a commercial real estate broker. This individual will work in our Downtown Vancouver office and work closely with the Market Intelligence team. The Market Intelligence Coordinator role is the start of the Avison Young training platform for individuals to develop into high performing commissioned sales professionals.
The successful candidate will work with the Market Intelligence team on a day-to-day basis and must possess strong administration and task management skills, exhibit excellent organizational skills, demonstrate an eye for detail, and must thrive in a fast‑paced, team environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in mentorship and guidance from the brokerage team and ultimately progress to become a licensed real estate professional in the capacity of a sales assistant.
The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated between $45,000 to $50,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education / training, experience, and internal equity.
