Job Title: Production General Labour ( Manufacturing )
Location: Ajax, ON (near Finley & Clements Rd.)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17. 6 0

We are hiring for a full-time general labour role within a busy manufacturing facility in Ajax. This position involves assisting machine operators, preparing finished products for shipment, and supporting various production line functions. The role requires comfort working around insulation materials, with all necessary PPE provided on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production involving laminators and packaging equipment
• Cut, measure, and prepare insulation materials using hand tools
• Pack and label finished products accurately
• Wrap and move skids using a manual pump truck
• Perform routine quality checks on packaged goods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a production or warehouse setting
• CSA-approved safety footwear (steel toe required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills (verbal and reading comprehension)
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Work Environment
