A leading Canadian consulting firm seeks a Manager, Proposals to drive the proposal team's strategy. As a Manager, Proposals, you will be a key driver of Tiree’s pursuit strategy, leading our proposal team in producing competitive, high-quality submissions that reinforce our reputation as a trusted industry partner. You will oversee the full development lifecycle for proposals across public- and private-sector clients, ensuring each submission is strategically positioned, meticulously crafted, and aligned with client priorities.
In this role, you will manage and mentor the proposal team, collaborate closely with subject-matter experts and business leads, and contribute directly to writing and strategy for high-priority pursuits. You are equal parts people leader, proposal strategist, and polished writer—someone who can guide a team, elevate the quality of our work, and strengthen Tiree’s presence across all sectors we serve. Your leadership will play a central role in shaping a modern, efficient, and growth-focused proposal function.
