The Town of Stony Plain is seeking an experienced and community‑focused Manager of Parks and Roads to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all municipal parks, open spaces, trail networks, and road operations. Reporting to the General Manager of Planning & Infrastructure, the Manager of Parks and Roads oversees the maintenance, operation, and enhancement of the Town’s roads, traffic systems, parks, green spaces, and trails. This role provides leadership to a dedicated team, ensures service excellence, and drives continuous improvement through long‑term planning, asset management, and operational innovation. The Manager will work closely with internal departments, regional partners, contractors, and the community to ensure high standards of safety, service quality, and environmental stewardship.

Based on a 35‑hour work week, the salary range for this position is $116,753 - $148,530 per annum. The Town offers an excellent 100% employer‑paid benefit package, as well as enrollment in the Local Authorities Pension Plan and option to participate in the APEX Supplementary Pension Plan.
