Job Function:
We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and relationship-driven Manager, HR Service Delivery & Projectsto join our People Operations team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our HR service delivery model by bringing structure, insight, and continuous improvement to how we monitor, maintain, and elevate the employee experience
This role is based out of Toronto Hydro One office (Hybrid).

Our Monitor & Maintain function is central to that vision—ensuring our processes are efficient, our data is reliable, our controls are strong, and our HR services are consistent and customer‑centric.
We help HR teams optimize workflows, leverage insights, enhance compliance, and drive meaningful transformation so that People Operations can focus on what matters most: delivering value to the business and to our people.
