Position: Manager, Food Services

Employer: Hyde Creek Petro Canada - Takeout - Food Services

Location: Port McNeill, BC V0N 2R0

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 32 hours per week – shifts include early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend

Salary: $36.60 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Supervise staff (5–10 people)
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service
Qualifications

Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent experience.

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
