A leading Canadian bank is seeking a Manager for Environmental Impact in Montreal. This role focuses on advancing the bank's community investment and environmental initiatives, establishing partnerships with charitable organizations, and ensuring impactful community engagements across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Candidates should have a degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and be bilingual in English and French. The Manager, Environmental Impact – Quebec and Atlantic is responsible for advancing RBC’s environmental impact community investment and donation strategy at a local and regional level across Quebec and the Atlantic Region in support of the goals and objectives outlined in RBC’s Community Investment Strategy and more broadly the RBC Purpose Framework.
Working with the Director, Regional Environmental Impact, and collaboratively within and across teams in support of the Regions, this role will support partnership development and activation with charitable and not-for-profit organizations, promote strong and responsive relationships between RBC and the communities it serves, while strengthening RBC’s brand positioning across multiple audiences.
This position will support community investments in Quebec and the Atlantic regions. The role is located in Montreal, with periodic travel to the Atlantic provinces.

Work Type: On‑site 4‑days/week and option for one remote day, with travel to Atlantic provinces 3‑4 times/year.
