The Manager of District Stroke and Rehabilitation Unit provides strategic leadership, clinical direction, and operational oversight for district stroke and rehabilitation programs. In this key role, the manager collaborates closely with the Southwest Regional Stroke Network and local partners to drive clinical excellence and advance best practices in stroke care across Grey and Bruce. Reporting to the Director of Critical Care, Rehabilitation, and Stroke, the manager fosters strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community partners to ensure integrated, high-quality patient care across the stroke continuum. Evidence- informed care is a key driver for this position, guiding clinical decision-making and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care that achieves the best possible outcomes.
