A leading real estate investment trust in Toronto seeks a Manager, Development Accounting to oversee accounting and reporting for various development projects. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective accounting procedures. Candidates should have at least 4 years of full cycle accounting experience, a CPA designation, and strong leadership abilities. 22 St. Clair Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4T 2S5The Manager, Development Accounting, reporting to the Director, Development Accounting, will support the leadership of the Development Accounting and Reporting Team. The Manager will have responsibility for accounting and reporting for the entire development lifecycle, from the planning and pre-development phase through to the transition to operations. This role is a key business partner to the Development & Construction group supporting the delivery of project level accounting, reporting, and budget monitoring for all development projects.
