A leading construction firm in Burnaby is seeking an experienced Manager, Building Services Solutions to drive operational excellence within its new craft labour division. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in construction management with a minimum of 8 years in field operations. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Building Services Solutions, to lead the operational performance of a new self-perform craft labour division within our Building’s Construction group. This role will be central to building workforce-readiness programs that support deficiency close-out, transition services, and construction support across a wide range of internal and future external clients.
As the leader of this emerging business line, you will drive operational excellence, build strong union and workforce partnerships, and establish scalable processes that support long-term growth. Initially supporting internal project teams, this division will evolve into a client-facing service offering, with you at the helm of its operational and business development success.

$98,800 to $135,850 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
