Requirements

• Degree/Certifications Required: Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing
• Years of Overall Experience: 8+ years of leading marketing strategy
• Preferred Candidate Background: Experience with owning a campaign start to finish
• Experience building strategies & writing briefs – 8+ years
• Experience with media environment – execution across different marketing channels – 8+ years
• Experience with creative development with different agencies and internal partners/teams/stakeholders – 8+ years
• Project/budget management experience: Results reporting, analysis – 8+ years
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Problem solving skills
• Banking or financial industry experience
• Working in large organizations/corporations
• Previous agency experience (account).
