Job Title: Manager

Thakkar Hospitality ON-SW Inc. DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant located at 1181 Highbury Ave N, London ON is looking for three permanent, full-time ‘Manager’ for their restaurant.

Work Location: 1181 Highbury Ave N, London, ON N5Y 1A6
Wage: $22.22 per hour
Number of positions: 3
Job type: Full time (35 hours per week)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
  1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Tim Hortons restaurant.
  2. Leading and managing restaurant operations with visible enthusiasm while ensuring it operates efficiently and profitably.
  3. Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
  4. Collaborating with the management team to identify deficiencies and opportunities, and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  6. Monitoring service times, staff/customer interaction, food quality and preparation, and restaurant cleanliness continually to ensure that operations standards are being met.
  7. Monitoring staff performance, equipment use and maintenance.
  8. Ensuring all company policies, legal requirements and Health & Safety standards are met.
Job Requirements/Skills:
  1. Completion of high school is required.
  2. Knowledge of English language is required.
  3. Minimum two years of work experience required in a similar field.
  4. Must be prepared to work under pressure.
