THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Management Consultant at RAVL, you will work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution. You’ll partner closely with clients, RAVL leadership, and technical experts to shape practical, implementable technology strategies that create measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys working across strategy and delivery, and finds meaning in helping organizations materially improve their technology capabilities.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE
  • Deliver high-quality technology advisory engagements from scoping through to final client-ready deliverables.
  • Build trusted client relationships by deeply understanding business context, challenges, and technology landscapes.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations and narratives.
  • Collaborate with RAVL Technical Experts to design practical improvement roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Support clients through the execution of strategic technology initiatives.
  • Continuously strengthen your consulting toolkit and contribute to RAVL’s culture of learning.

·An experienced Consultant, with 2–5 years of experience in technology strategy, delivery, and/or management consulting.

·Strong understanding of established and emerging technologies.

·Confident in presenting to clients, and facilitating client conversations

·Excellent at framing problems and asking probing questions to elicit key information.

·Ability to frame ambiguous problems and synthesize insights from limited data.

·Strong analytical skills, including building flexible models in Excel.

·Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.

Compensation & hiring process

We are recruiting for a future opportunity. The salary range for this role is $120 000 - $170 000 CAD, reflecting expected base pay. Total compensation may also include additional pay such as bonuses or incentives, depending on the position, and final offers are based on experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our hiring process we may use technology, including AI-based tools, to help summarize and assess applications; these tools assist our team and do not replace human review or decision-making.
