Position: Food & Beverage Attendant – Maligne Lake, Jasper, AB. Employer: Pursuit Collection. Location: Jasper, AB. Compensation: starting at $16.50 per hour. Employment type: Seasonal, Full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience by actively greeting and engaging with all guests as they enter the food and beverage locations and food service counters
  • Work a variety of shifts that may include, cashier, food running, food service, bussing tables, restocking, basic bartending, barista and assembling waffles
  • Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms
  • Providing guests information on the local area
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
  • Provide guests with exceptional service at all times
  • Stocking and maintaining product levels
  • Ensuring correct cash and float security during operating hours
  • Communicate with co-workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion
  • Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
  • Maintenance and cleanliness of service areas and dining areas
  • Assist in preparation of products
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred but not required
  • Cash handling experience
  • Thrives in a fast paced, high energy work environment
  • Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be enthusiastic about hospitality, and providing warm engaging service to high volumes of guests
  • Handling stress in the most professional manner
  • Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated; Second language an asset
  • Pro-Serve qualifications
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)
  • Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
