A leading remote camp catering provider in Canada is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facility maintenance and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring accurate parts control, and developing maintenance strategies. This role offers a work-life balance with a 14 days on/off rotation and benefits including RRSP matching and health benefits.

As the Maintenance Manager, reporting to the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision and leadership of all maintenance operations, development and direction of the team to drive the growth, technical productivity, quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction, in accordance with company beliefs, policies, procedures, objectives and applicable legislation. The Maintenance Manager’s responsibilities will also include the assurance of accurate parts control, sourcing and costing, as well as the supervision of staff, resources and inventories for the department.
