Job summary

A global mobility solutions provider in Canada is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to develop and implement maintenance plans, ensure the reliability of equipment, and optimize maintenance costs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:

  • Write technical requirements and design equipment maintenance sheets.
  • Ensure the implementation of maintenance plans, the quality of the work carried out and the information provided.
  • Propose actions to improve the reliability of equipment and optimize maintenance costs.
  • Guarantee the safety of people, property and the environment, and ensure that maintenance activities are carried out according to the company's HSE standards.
  • Profile the use and documentation of the CMMS (Maximo), and support its development with the aim of reducing breakdowns and unforeseen events for production.
  • Support projects and initiatives related to improving asset maintenance and site maintenance operations.
  • Participate in transversal actions such as continuous improvement, APSYS, SWIP, 5S

Required profile:

  • Bachelor in mecanical or industrial engineering
  • Fluent in French, functionnal English
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance in the manufacturing industry
