Critical Equipment Management:

  • Establish critical equipment lists, develop PM plans, and manage spare parts inventory, often within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) that you will help select and implement.
  • Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze data from maintenance logs, operations data, and other sources to identify trends, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance strategies.

Safety Compliance:

  • Collaborate with safety departments to ensure compliance with safety protocols and participate in Activity Hazard Analysis (AHAs).

Budget Management:

  • Manage maintenance budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve uptime.

Project Management:

  • Oversee capital and maintenance projects, including scope development, planning, budgeting, and field construction management.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage maintenance contracts.
  • Work closely with other departments, including operations, engineering, and purchasing, to integrate reliability principles into all aspects of the organization.
