While the tasks are individual, teamwork is essential for coordinating daily activities and responding to emergencies effectively.

The main responsibilities include:

1. Thoroughly clean the operating areas daily.
2. Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of main equipment such as grills, fryers, etc.
3. Communicate effectively with the morning and evening teams, as well as restaurant management, to exchange necessary feedback.
