Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity managing a store.
• Experience coaching and developing a sales team with documented performance improvements.
• Knowledge of luxury menswear departments and product categories.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales and ensure KPI targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention.
• Manage controllable and non-controllable store expenses and ensure budget efficiency.
• Champion digital sales initiatives and achieve digital sales goals.
