A leading performance apparel company in Vancouver is seeking an Outerwear Designer to bring technical outerwear to life. You will collaborate with teams, support the design process, and utilize your skills in apparel design and technologies. As an Outerwear Designer at lululemon, you help bring world-class technical outerwear to life. In partnership with your Design Manager and cross-functional teams, you support the design and development process from concept through to production. You bring a growing foundation in outerwear design, a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of global trends, and a passion for creating product that balances function, innovation, and beauty.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $104,000 – $120,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
