Job Duties:

· Always keep the kitchen and work area clean and sanitized

· Plan menus, determine size of food portions, and estimate food requirements

· Organize and manage overall kitchen operations

· Keep track of inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

· Prepare and cook complete meals or individuals dishes

Job requirements:

· Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
