Job Overview
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships
- Educate customers on Lolë products, fit, and brand philosophy
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and organized
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote a positive team atmosphere

English Fluency Level required for position: Intermediate
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (asset)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in cashiering or POS systems is preferred
- Passion for wellness, fashion, and an active lifestyle
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset, but not required
