Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch deliveries with external carriers and internal drivers.
  • Coordinate inter-facility transfers across Ontario and the Niagara Peninsula.
  • Negotiate shipping rates and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain fleet compliance and oversee vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with sales production and warehousing teams.
  • Track delivery costs and maintain shipping documentation.
  • Support procurement and RFP processes.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Business Logistics or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
  • Strong organizational negotiation and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with US DOT and MTO regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions

Office-based with occasional exposure to warehouse / greenhouse environments.

Monday-Saturday schedule 40-50 hours / week.

Overtime and on-call availability required during peak seasons.
