Logistics Operations Coordinator

Location: Kitchener, ON N2G 4G7 Canada

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $50,000 per year

Job Description: Our client, a rapidly growing logistics company, is seeking a driven and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to join their expanding team. If you are a go-getter with excellent communication skills and a desire to contribute to a dynamic work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle specific customer accounts from order creation to delivery.
  • Track and trace orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Create and process orders efficiently.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to confirm pickup hours and appointments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems, taking initiative on available tasks.

Qualifications:
