Job summary

A logistics company in Metro Vancouver is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. You will manage and monitor supply movement, co-ordinate activities with other departments, and train workers. A secondary school graduation certificate is required, and previous experience is an asset. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week.

  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
  • Consult with production supervisor for scheduling.
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics.
