The Role
As the Live Events Coordinator at Revelry, you are the heartbeat of the venue's day-to-day success, accountable for the seamless execution and overall success of all live events and productions. You are equal parts strategic and hands-on, ensuring the venue runs smoothly while building a positive culture for staff and guests alike. This role requires a professional with a passion for live entertainment and a flair for hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and support the entire event execution process, including but not limited from, pre-show setup to event-day operations and final breakdown, for all live events.
- Assist with the venue’s robust audio-visual infrastructure, including live streaming and recording capabilities, to ensure high-quality production for all events.
- Act as the main point of contact for artists, production teams, and event clients on show day, coordinating all on-site logistics, and ensuring needs are met through internal collaboration.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Support and oversee the event-day team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and energetic work environment.
- Uphold the unique aesthetic and brand identity of Revelry, ensuring a welcoming and creative atmosphere for every guest and team member.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience managing live events or the entertainment industry.
- Positive Attitude: Proven ability to inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and diplomatically.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Passion: A genuine passion for live music and a deep understanding of the live entertainment industry.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
- Nice-to-have: An existing network of event coordinators, promoters, agents, and artists.
