An education and training service organization in Winnipeg seeks a dedicated individual to deliver personalized literacy programming to adult learners. This position involves developing learning materials, conducting lessons for stage 1 learners, and adapting to individual needs. The ideal candidate will have relevant educational qualifications and a passion for supporting the Indigenous community. COMPETITION # 2025NLLC-INS01 – POSITION TYPE PERMANENT, FULL-TIME, 37.5 HOURS/WEEK
The incumbent will be responsible for delivering individualized literacy programming to adult learners. This position will assist in the development of Indigenous adult-appropriate learning materials creating innovative learning opportunities, specifically developing and carrying out lessons for stage 1 learners, working one on one with beginning learners. The incumbent will promote the program while supporting the goals and objectives of the Neeginan Learning and Literacy Centre, the Neeginan Education, Training and Employment Services, and the Indigenous community.
