A municipal government is seeking a Lifeguard/Instructor for Aquatics in Burnaby, Canada. This part-time role includes ensuring swimmer safety, conducting aquatic lessons, and providing excellent customer service. Salary: $27.30 – 28.37 – 29.48 – 30.70 – 31.97/hour (2024 Rates)
Schedule: 48 hours bi-weekly (0.60 FTE); Friday from 6:00AM – 2:30PM; Saturday and Sunday from 8:00AM – 4:30PM

This position works in the Edmonds Community Centre Aquatic Services organizational unit. The role encompasses both lifeguarding duties and high-quality swim instruction on an assigned shift at Edmonds Community Centre. Our Lifeguard Instructors ensure the safety of swimmers utilizing the aquatic facility, provide a safe and clean environment, and engage with a diverse client base to provide exceptional customer service.
