Job description

Camp Banting is a summer camp for children living with type 1 diabetes. Our leadership program, 'Challengers' participates in a 5 day, 4 night canoe camping trip. We are looking for a lifeguard to accompany our campers and leadership facilitators on this trip. Applicants must have their Bronze Cross and/or NLS certificate, and provide proof. Applicants will need to have or complete a Vulnerable Sector Check through Ottawa Police (if they are over 18yrs). Applicants must be 17 yrs of age, willing to accompany this camping trip and conduct all lifeguarding duties. All applicants must be available for a zoom interview with the Camp Director.
