A health authority in Canada seeks a Full Scope Licensed Practical Nurse to provide personal care and perform nursing procedures. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the candidate will ensure patient and staff safety in line with the organization's strategic vision. Required qualifications include registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN and specific experiences depending on the clinic focus. This position supports continuous quality and safety improvements in nursing care.

Under the direction of the Manager or designate and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope performs assessments, plans and provides personal care, and performs nursing procedures. The Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
