Your Opportunity:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works as a member of a healthcare team, collaborating on the delivery of care to meet the needs of patients/clients. You will utilize nursing processes, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Guided by your education, experience, demonstrated skill level, and Alberta Health Services (AHS) policies and procedures, you will play a key role in providing safe, quality, patient- and family-centered care, reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS.

Qualifications:

Required: Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program, active or eligible registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA), and current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional and Preferred Qualifications: As Required.
