• Ensuring strong resident experience from inquiry to move-in.
• Meeting leasing targets and filling the building with desirable residents.
• Keeping website and ads updated, reporting discrepancies.
• Responding quickly to all incoming rental inquiries.
• Contacting prospects throughout the leasing process.
• Taking complete and organized applications.
• Adhering to screening policies and the Residential Tenancy Act.
