You will focus on maximizing revenue, minimizing vacancies, and managing market rents. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, 3 years in a management role, and a post-secondary degree. The Leasing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the Sales & Leasing strategy of the assigned rental portfolio. This individual will have a passion for sales and will be accountable to maximize revenue, minimize vacancy, and manage market rents through comprehensive analysis of asset performance including current pricing structure, turnover, vacancies, incentives, and the multi-residential competition.
