The opportunity
The Consulting Service Line has experienced significant growth driven by strategic investments in technology, AI managed services, alliances, innovation and sustainability. This expansion positions EY as a leader in delivering transformative client engagements and innovative solutions across various, this role the Learning Leader (LL) is responsible for setting the learning strategy for the Canadian Consulting practice while overseeing the deployment of learning that includes both integrating new practitioners into the business and upskilling existing practitioners. The role reports to Canada’s L&D Business Partner and Canada’s Chief Learning and Development Officer (CLO) and strategically aligns with the Consulting Managing Partner sub-service line and competency leaders, Talent Team, as well as with the Global and Americas L&D groups.
The Consulting LL is responsible for leading a team in the development and delivery of learning programs while ensuring the overall needs of the business and people are met in the most effective manner. The LL regularly engages with leaders, practitioners, other Talent functions and subject matter resources across geographies to ensure business alignment and deployment preparedness. The ability to build and nurture relationships is essential to the success of this role. The LL plays a key role in driving innovation in learning methodologies, incorporating the latest trends and technologies to enhance the learning experience. This position promotes a continuous learning culture and is accountable for ensuring a consistent high-quality learning experience in conjunction with the career development framework at EY.
This opportunity is a full-time position and occasionally requires early morning or evening commitments.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $124,100 to $206,900. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location.
