A reputable credit union based in Canada is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist. Salary: $62,454.00 - $78, 067.00 (Commensurate with experience)
Location: Sarnia or Strathroy Administration Office
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in the support of designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that contribute to the professional growth and effectiveness of our employees. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual who is passionate about adult learning principles, instructional design, and creating a positive and engaging learning experience.
This position reports to the Director of Organizational Development and collaborates closely with HR, department leaders, and employees to enhance the overall learning culture within the organization.
