A leading technology company seeks a Learning Design and Development Analyst to design and develop innovative training solutions. The ideal candidate will apply adult learning principles, create interactive eLearning experiences, and collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts. Responsibilities include designing training programs, developing eLearning solutions using various tools, and conducting needs assessments to enhance learning effectiveness. This full-time position is based in Mississauga, offering a salary range of $77,400 to $108,000.
The Learning Design and Development Analyst (Instructional Designer) designs and develops effective and engaging training in partnership with project teams, Learning Advisors, and Subject Matter Experts. The Learning Design and Development Analyst has a growth mindset, is adaptable and curious, and applies adult learning theories and Instructional Design methodology to create interactive training solutions using a variety of learning modalities, including mobile learning, web-based training, social learning, adaptive learning, self-directed learning, virtual and in-class facilitation, job aids and other training materials.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or comparable experience in eLearning, Instructional Design, or a related field and/or eLearning Technical Certifications from certified institutions and experience. Other qualifications include:
