We are looking for a driven, adaptable and resourceful hybrid Atlantic Region Instructional Designer and Technical Trainer that is a part of the Claims Learning & Development (L&D) team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Claims Learning & Development (L&D).
In this role, you will apply your strong background in technical knowledge, learning consulting, design and delivery to collaborate on learning solutions. You’ll focus on measuring the effectiveness of training for Claims employees nationally across multiple business functions, including Auto, Property, Healthcare and Casualty. The role is also accountable for delivering content in-person, virtually and blended, leading facilitated discussions and advising learners in various hands‑on, immersive experiences. This role works in partnership with business stakeholders to identify, recommend, and implement learning solutions. The ideal candidate is a customer champion and committed to delivering a consistent, effective and engaging learner experience.
