  • Oversee the assignment and reporting of compliance training and ensure it aligns with business priorities.
  • Design and deliver behavioural and core skills programs that build capability and confidence.

  • Craft innovative learning experiences – live workshops, virtual sessions, and blended programs – using modern adult learning principles.
  • Create practical self‑service resources and toolkits to empower learners.
  • Lead and project manage strategic talent initiatives, from LMS transitions to leadership development and talent reviews.
  • Develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on time and on target.
  • Draft and implement SOPs to support talent processes and workflows.
  • Partner with senior leaders and People team business partners to drive adoption and engagement globally.

  • Experience managing end‑to‑end training programs and LMS administration (e.g., CrossKnowledge).
  • Digital savviness, proficiency in learning design tools (e.g., Articulate) and Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Proven ability to lead and project manage strategic talent initiatives; project management certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability and flexibility to collaborate with stakeholders across time zones.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and logical in approach to problem‑solving.
  • A self‑starter with a growth mindset, ready to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
