Learning and Development Specialist – Permanent Full Time. The role is based in Alberta, Ontario or Atlantic region.
Reporting to Learning & Development, National Commercial Insurance. Trains and develops employees in multiple disciplines in commercial insurance. Prepares, supports, and trains employees in delivering exceptional customer service increasing individual productivity and building various skills and competencies. Aligns training with current strategic objectives. Adheres to department, program and regulatory policies and procedures.
